I start by just improvising on piano. (Electric)
Once I find something that catches my ear I'll build an arpeggio around it (my hands are going out). If I'm feeling it I'll sample it, then record other parts using other sounds. I use these as "fuel." I feed them into Suno, careful to preserve the chord/melodic structure. Suno "covers" the composition. I then listen while I pick a subject and write a stream of consciousness rant. Once the point is complete, I shave it like marble, parsing it and shaping the flow of the syllables to match the pace. I write it in real time, and it takes hours of going over and over. It's a split bag if I let Suno cover/clone my voice or if I let it be the star.
